Upload your first video
Time to publish. Open Studio → Upload (or the Create button) and follow the flow.
The upload flow
- Choose your file. Drag it in or browse. Keep the tab open while the upload finishes — larger files take longer, and the uploader can resume supported interrupted uploads.
- Add the details. Title, description, and tags. Lesson Descriptions and tags that help people find you shows how to write these well, and Studio includes AI helpers that can draft them for you.
- Pick a thumbnail. Choose a frame or upload your own image.
- Set visibility. Public means everyone can watch. Private means only you. Unlisted means anyone with the link can watch, but it does not appear on your channel or in search.
- Publish, schedule, or premiere. Publish now, or pick a future date — scheduling and premieres get their own lesson next.
Before you announce it
Watch the published video once as a viewer. Check the title fits on a phone, the thumbnail reads at small size, and playback starts cleanly. Then share the link.
Your first video does not need to be perfect. It needs to exist — every later video gets easier.
