Eyi ncese sisi 😭 I wonder if she recognises any of the suspects in the Tsontso case. I watched the full interview on Mzilikazi's podcast. Serial un-aliving and serial r*pe seems to be committed in groups rather than by individuals which is both strange and unique to South Africa. Whoever they are, wherever they are from, they must be punished/deported or kept in jail forever. I don't believe there's any hope for rehabilitating these kinds of criminals.<br><br>The first investigation officer needs to be fired! He/she is an undisciplined and rebellious officer who failed to obey the marching orders of the state by being so negligent in this case.
