Botswana a very good country with a very good trajectory. Despite economic challenges over the last few years the country is back on track and will be a great example of an African success in the long term.

The reason Botswana is quite peaceful is the the majority of people are of the Tswana tribe. Unlike South Africa where there are hundreds of different tribal groupings causing constant fiction and tribalism.

Tswana chiefs deliberately requested British protection as a strategic choice to preserve land, authority, and people. If the chiefs did not do this we would have lost most of our land. The Boers, the Germans and Cicel John Rhodes would have taken almost all of it. This is why we love and respect England. They have saved us.

Honestly, I always loved africa as an continent, just like my own, Europe. Of course there a lot of bad countries in Africa, but in Europe too, you meet bad people/politicians, so it's the same as Africa. But there are exceptional countries, I guess, like this. Since as a kid, I always liked the vast nature of africa, sahara, kalahari deserts and wildlife, it is beautiful, and that "waka waka" song in nice, juat the whole culture is so laid back and for some reason I like it. Africa is a 2nd best continent in world for sure💚
