Algeria is more authentic because it has been spared the often detrimental effects of mass tourism. It is a wealthy country that does not, in reality, rely on tourism as a source of revenue. While Algeria is currently seeking to diversify its economy to break free from its exclusive dependence on hydrocarbons, it also aims to promote tourismโ€”particularly in the southโ€”in order to showcase its history and magnificent landscapes to the rest of the world.

Algerians are proud of themselves and thus, they don't sell their pride for money. Even if they could scam you, they will not do it. On of the reason is that they are still resisting against a lot of thing. I mean like every days warriors. We know them, and we know how brave they are. Mass tourism is not yet a thing in Algeria and it's a blessing as it keep them focused on what really matters for a person.

Their county is not as perfect as they tend to tell you of course but that's their pride which is speaking when they praise everything in Algeria. And I tend to thing that it is not a bad thing to say loudly only good things about your people and keep the fights against it's issues private and work to solve them.

I really hope one day Algeria will be one of the leaders of the world and will go hand to hand with it's African brothers without all those pointless conflicts between some of them.

I say this as a Moroccan.

I think I already said that, but I like saying that. Anyways, I'm surprised I'm nine and I'm talking in English. If you read my comments, think that I know a lot. My mom teaches me a little of our history. Since next year I'm going to learn history, she teach me that a long time ago, all of us North Africans, Arab North Africans, not all North Africans, just Arabs, were united to one empire. I think it was an empire country. I don't know. Anyways, they were united after the war that happened. So we united such as Sudan, Morocco, Tunisia, us, yeah, Algeria, and many more countries. Not many more, but more countries. Forget about Egypt, the mummy country, and pyramid country, too. So we have culture, and so do other countries. We mostly have almost the same culture, but there are different things that we have, because we were one empire called North Africa.
