AI will be fine. People worry too much. Michael Crichton could take any new technology and turn it into a nightmare. A novelist will write about a state and if you believe them, you can&#39;t walk outside there without being shot, strangled or kidnapped. Hollywood takes [nearly] impossible to break ropes and has them failing as a plot artifice. The list goes on. As for data centers, we have to be good stewards. I&#39;m betting on TAE technologies to solve the power challenges of data centers. Small modular reactors will do the trick, too. We should compare data-center water usage to fracking for a frame of reference. We already know they use less than a golf course.
