I've gone through the record of 24 July 2024 there was no witness taken through exhibit 10 photo 121 in fact exhibit 10 wasn't introduced and admitted as an exhibit before court. The only exhibit that was admitted was exhibit S, containing 46 photos. Trial by ambush, even the state can't even quote any records concerning photo 121 exhibit 10. Judge Ratha the state doesn't have a case. Please issue j50 for the right accused
