to bad being on a world near these epic giants<br>dripping steel is a frosty winters day 😂

@@SleepyExplorer-12 months ago
It never fails to blow my mind how the life of a star is essentially a perpetual cosmic tug-of-war between the crushing inward pull of gravity and the outward pressure generated by nuclear fusion in its core. Seeing the unbelievable scale of giant hypergiants really puts our own modest Sun into perspective, showing just how colossal the universe can truly be. What I find most fascinating is the dramatic paradox of these massive stellar titans: despite their immense size, they burn through their nuclear fuel at an astounding rate, leading to surprisingly brief lives that end in catastrophic supernovas or collapse into dense neutron stars. Yet, without those violent stellar deaths, none of us would even be here today. Every heavy element in our blood and in the rocky ground beneath our feet was forged deep inside those ancient cosmic furnaces before being scattered across space. Documentaries like this do a wonderful job reminding us that we aren&#39;t just passive observers staring up at the night sky, but direct descendants of these magnificent, dying stars.

Electric Universe Theory: YouTube: Thunderbolts Project. Suns are plasmoids. When are cosmologists and astrologists going to learn? Oh, that&#39;s right, they would have to go back to school and learn plasma physics.

in order to know how many stars there are to compare them to grains of sand we would have to know how many grains of sand there are on earth and we simply do not...very bold statement
