I’ll be honest I’m not a soccer fanatic but have been a lifelong athlete and competed in a number of different sports and competitions. I’m not a big fan of penalty kicks, I think pk comes down to a guessing game and luck. Before the penalty phase they should add a separate period of 5 to 10 minutes, reduce the squads to 9 men each and eliminate off sides. If the match is still tied then start the pks
