0:58 Untrue. The ß predates the grammatical rule that defines when you use it (i.e. after an elongated vowel). The Eszett only serves this purpose since the reform of 1996 (Rechtschreibreform von 1996). If you read things written from before then, you see it more or less randomly.
Some instances I remember off the top of my head are: "Strasse" instead of "Straße", and "daß" instead of "dass", which you sometimes still see older people write today.

I basically trashtalk to my friend nearly each day for 1 hour after work, then we call it a day and switch to a different topic.
Its similar on how australians talk, where you greet, even strangers, each other with "oi ye cunt". However, in austria, you dont say "Cunt/Fotze" to a stranger tho, unless you want some serious physical smoke.
Its also a "test" on how much "verbal pain" someone can endure and still be a good sport about it.....thats when you know you got a good friend.
For me and my friendgroup there is nearly nothing off topic, unless something very, very bad happend to one of us recently about a specific topic, thats where we generally draw the line.

Standard German is an abomination and a major reason modern German dubs are absolute garbage. And I give them a shot now and again but by god. If any regular actor talked like the people in dubs they'd have to end their career now and there. How is this offense against the German language legal. I'd rather listen to the deepest Schwitzerdütsch, the thickest Bajuvarian than that crap.
