But maybe engage in ordinary household activities so that the nouns and verbs come to life. Talking about what you have done is probably not as effective for learning as actually doing things and the audience being able to anticipate and see.

Fit can be used that way in English as well. But, not usually in the phrase. I&#39;m fit/ I&#39;m not fit ( which will always refer to strength ). But, you can say things like &quot;Not fit for duty&quot;. It&#39;s less common in day to day speech but, is fairly common in the military. It&#39;s a confusing word though because when referring to objects it generally means that an objects shape or function is compatible with some other thing or idea. &quot;That dress is a good fit&quot; ( size ). &quot;A Pokemon hat is a good fit for Billy&quot; (style).

Actually fit can mean many things in English also. In the 2000s, fit meant attractive also. People would say &#39;they are well fit&#39; meaning they are very attractive.

These are great. I started doing some german on duolingo to memorize vocabulary, but its way more helpful listening to people actually speak it in conversation.

I teach English as a Second Language in California, as I have for 30 years. My method is sorely lacking a component like this. I loved this! I haven&#39;t used my German in ages, but I understood 99% of your talk - of course, the subtitles are vital at my level! Ich liebe dass ihr machen dass so viel spass damit. Vielen dank. I used to watch this slow German series when I was a beginner, I still remember I could barely understand and had to focus really had to get all the words spoken. Now I&#39;ve crossed B2 level and it drives me crazy how slow they are speaking it even sounds funny and cute lol πŸ˜‚. I was watching a video on A1 slow French and I could just understand a word or two it just reminds me of this video when I watched this as a beginner. Love your work ❀.
