It isn't true that we like our meat overcooked (except perhaps a bit in the Northeast); quite the opposite—in most places, we strongly prefer it rare—even "bleeding," as we say—though that doesn't rule out a crispy exterior and a tender interior, like in frango à passarinho (garlic-fried chicken pieces). You are doing very well, even though there is still room for improvement... but I’m sure you’ll get there. You’ve already scouted the terrain, acclimatized, and blended in, and you’re learning at a much more advanced level. Given the energy, drive, and dedication with which you threw yourself into this—especially considering the natural fear of taking a risk on something exotic and unfamiliar—you’ve already surpassed yourself and earned the passport to many future achievements. I have no criticisms; you were already beautiful and well-integrated, and now you’ve become one of us—someone who will soon blend right into the crowd, with a greatly softened accent, experiencing a whole new level. Just keep in mind that everything is permitted, but nothing is mandatory. You can do it, and you deserve it!

I visited Bazil for a couple weeks once and had an amazing time. People were all concerned and warning me about crime. You just have to have common sense. First, don't do anything illegal (like trying to buy drugs), you're asking to get robbed. Second, most people are poor, so don't make yourself stand out by having expensive things (jewelry, iPhone etc.). If you walk around with expensive stuff you may get into problems. Lastly, if you're going out to party and have too much to drink make sure, you're with trusted people. This is similar advice I'd give anyone in Dallas, San Fransico, or N.Y.

Nothing would be like this, if there aren't a governor such as Leonel Brizola's (at the 80's decade). If wasn't for his struggle against economic inequality and ratial segregationism in Rio de Janeiro's beaches during his goverment , probably the beaches would be empty and surrounded by unatural railings, and outside that, would be so miserable and insecure with the hostility at the streets...

A little bit too romanticized, but generally you got the gist.
@ULTIMATESIGMACHAMPIONS
Every Brazilian is a better dancer than YOU. Not us from Africa. Africa is where all of that came from. Brazilians, people from the Caribbean, Black Americans, Black Canadians, Afro Latinos of all countries (including Brazil), Afro Samoans, U.K. Blacks and Afro Europeans all share a common DNA root. The cultures manifests with variations according to dialectical/linguistic differences, migration or the influence of the colonizer but the fruit is never that far from the tree. That tree is Africa. Especially Northeast Africa.

As a Brazilian, I can say that Brazil will never wake up and become a civilized country.
A weak, cowardly, and fearful people, extremely corrupt politicians, a Supreme Court composed of drog lords, criminals, thieves, and drug dealers on every corner of the country.
A very low level of education, favelas in practically every city in the country, and the Brazilian people think all of this is normal. But if you're homo, enjoy parties with lots of drugs and sex tourism, this is the perfect place for you.

Shirk, or associating partners with Allah, is considered the gravest sin in Islam, and the Qur’an repeatedly warns against it.
Key Verses on Shirk
Surah An-Nisa (4:48): "Indeed, Allah does not forgive associating others with Him in worship, but forgives anything else of whoever He wills. And whoever associates others with Allah has indeed committed a grave sin". This verse emphasizes the severity of shirk and its unforgivable nature if one dies without repenting.
1
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:22): "So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know that there is nothing similar to Him". This verse highlights the importance of exclusive devotion to Allah.
1
Surah Luqman (31:13): "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with Him] is great injustice". Here, shirk is described as a major injustice against Allah.
1
Surah Al-A’raf (7:191): "Do they associate with Him those who create nothing and they are themselves created?". This verse points out the irrationality of worshipping created beings instead of the Creator.
1
Surah At-Tawbah (9:31): "They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him". This verse warns against following human authorities in matters of worship instead of Allah.
1
Surah Al-Ma’idah (5:72-73): Rejecting claims of divinity attributed to Jesus or the Trinity, emphasizing that associating partners with Allah is disbelief.
1

4 Sources
Types of Shirk
Shirk-al-Akbar (Major Shirk): Worshipping or invoking others besides Allah, seeking help from them, or attributing divine powers to them.
1
Shirk-al-Asghar (Minor Shirk): Performing acts of worship for show or worldly gain rather than sincerely for Allah.
1
Shirk-al-Khafi (Hidden Shirk): Inward dissatisfaction with Allah’s decree, blaming fate or others for misfortune.
