So much sauce in most plates...I would still order more white/brown rice to soak up the delicious sauces. Maybe coffee ribs = Panda Express version (lol)? Love Cantonese food; another excellent video Chef Lucas. Well done !!!

@thebubbacontinuum2645
This place is horrible. I wonder if they pay reviewers. The crab literally tastes like it's swimming in Spaghetti-O's sauce, and when we ate there, the sauce was the great majority of the dish. Tiny bits of meat, and not much of it. The coffee ribs were lukewarm, had almost no coffee flavor, and were full of sugar. Never trust Youtube reviews.

Wait...what do you mean that's the kind of restaurant that can only exist in Singapore? The fusion of different Chinese cooking styles and western cuisine is present in all similar Malaysian restaurants as well. Just look across the straits and that's pretty apparent. Even better, Malaysian food fuses Malay and Indian flavours as well....helllloooooo

Drowning the crab in hot oil is just a shortcut way to prepare chili crab among restauranteurs. The traditional way is to stir fry them in fresh garlic, chili and ginger to bring out the aroma of the crab. That's what my late granny taught me.
