IMDA suspends assessment of telco Simba's proposed acquisition of M1 until further notice

The Infocomm Media Development Authority has suspended its assessment of telco Simba's proposed acquisition of M1 until further notice. The regulator uncovered a potential regulatory breach during its review process. This centred on whether Simba had used radio frequency bands not assigned to it for mobile services.
