Briton sentenced to 3½ years, minus time served, in death of Ontario restaurateur

Robert Evans Jr., who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of Owen Sound, Ont., restaurant owner Sharif Rahman nearly three years ago, has been sentenced to 42 months in prison. He is expected to spend seven months in prison given the time he's already served.
