UKRAINE STRIKES DEEP INSIDE RUSSIA:
Ukraine has launched another wave of long-range strikes deep inside Russia, targeting a military airbase and increasing pressure on the key Black Sea oil hub of Novorossiysk. Crude exports from the port were suspended, while explosions were also reported around 800 kilometers from Ukraine in Samara.

POLAND MARKS ARMED FORCES DAY:
Poland is marking Armed Forces Day with ceremonies across the capital and a major military parade along the Vistula River. The events commemorate the Polish military and the anniversary of the 1920 Battle of Warsaw.

TRUMP: HORMUZ COULD BECOME U.S. TERRITORY:
Donald Trump said he will soon declare the Strait of Hormuz U.S. territory. Speaking at a rally in New York, the president also urged Americans to accept higher gasoline prices as the war with Iran disrupts energy markets.
