BRICS Foreign Ministers conclude New Delhi meeting - DIRCO minister Ronald Lamola shares more

A meeting of BRICS Foreign Ministers has ended in New Delhi, without a joint statement being issued.

Instead, chair India issued an outcome document - where it said that "there were differing views among some members" on the Iran war.

Both the UAE and Iran are members of BRICS and have been on opposing sides of the conflict.

Neha Poonia spoke with South Africa's Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ronald Lamola, on the sidelines of the summit.

He told the SABC disagreements over the Iran war should not define the bloc.
