A diarrhea-causing parasite infects more than 1,000 in the U.S.

Cyclospora, a diarrhea-causing parasite, has led to a growing outbreak of infections in the United States that has sickened more than 1,000 people and sent dozens to the hospital. The Public Health Agency of Canada says it is not investigating any outbreaks in Canada.
