On the International Children's Day, 11-year-old Mukhtadi is not asking for toys or gifts. After losing his father and brother in an airstrike in Gaza more than a year ago, he now helps care for his mother, sister and younger sibling in a displacement camp. Each day, he fetches water, helps with household needs and sells slushies to support his family, while still dreaming of returning to school and reclaiming a childhood interrupted by war. #worldnow
