Madlanga Commission | Chaskalson says Carrim must face scrutiny or charges

Madlanga Commission Chief Evidence Leader, Adv. Matthew Chaskalson has recommended that North West Businessman, Suliman Carrim, should be examined by a specialist appointed by the Commission, and possible prosecution if he fails to do so. This after Carrim did not honour his scheduled appearance today, citing ill health yet again. This raised concerns from Chaskalson, who highlighted what he termed as trends in Carrim's conduct.
