RETALIATORY UKRAINIAN STRIKE ON RUSSIA’S BELGOROD REGION
Ukraine has attacked Russia in a large overnight strike, this time on Russia’s Belgorod region. So far, the attack has killed one person and damaged energy infrastructure. Analysts suggest that Ukrainian drone attacks may bring Russia to the negotiating table.

GPS JAMMING HITS RAF JET CARRYING U.K. DEFENSE CHIEF
British Defense Secretary John Healey was en route to the U.K. from Estonia, near the Russian border, when the Royal Airforce jet he was aboard reportedly lost its GPS signal. It is suggested that the Russians are behind this incident, though it is unclear whether John Healey was the deliberate target of this incident.

SERBIA’S VUČIĆ VISITS CHINA IN BID TO DEEPEN TIES
Serbia’s President Aleksander Vučić is on his first, 5-day state visit to China, in what is seen to be an attempt to consolidate the relationship between the two countries. Serbia is perceived as a Russian ally, but is also keen to develop its economic ties with China.
