The 3 warships—INS Dunagiri, INS Sanshodhak, and INS Agray are designed for roles including naval warfare, hydrographic survey, and anti-submarine operations. Built with over 75% indigenous content, these vessels mark a significant step towards India’s self-reliance in defence manufacturing. The commissioning ceremony will be held at Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, strengthening the Navy’s operational capabilities.
