A three-day G7 summit opens today in Évian-les-Bains, near the Swiss border, drawing together leaders from all seven member nations alongside EU officials and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. All this comes just after Donald Trump’s announcement of a preliminary deal with Iran.

U.K. TO BAN SOCIAL MEDIA FOR UNDER-16S
For years, the warning signs have grown louder. Finally, the U.K. is acting on them. British authorities have announced a nationwide ban on social media access for anyone under the age of 16, capping a long campaign by child welfare advocates who argued that platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat were doing irreparable harm to young minds.
