New UK PM Andy Burnham vows to 'give this my all'

Andy Burnham has said he will "give this his all" in his first speech as Britain's new prime minister. He has been officially appointed after a meeting with King Charles in Buckingham Palace. Mr Burnham served in Labour governments two decades ago, before leaving Westminster in 2017 to become mayor of Greater Manchester. The 56-year-old said he has "unfinished business" on the national stage, and has promised to provide "more breathing room" for the country. Olly Barratt reports from London.
