Strong aftershock rattles rescue workers in Venezuela

An aftershock measured at 4.6 landed in Venezuela’s northern coastal town of Caraballeda, about 40 km north of the country’s capital on the morning of June 29.

The tremors were also felt by international and local rescue crews in La Guaira, who have been working to free survivors trapped beneath the rubble after twin earthquakes struck on June 24.
