* Recession periods are hard to endure, while boom periods suffer from labor shortages.
* The multi-layered nature of industrial sites leads to unstable employment structures.
* Related companies and subcontractors are exposed to massive economic fluctuations.

✔ The shipbuilding industry is a highly critical industry.
* Because it is exposed to risks, the government's role and efforts are crucial.
* Leaving everything up to autonomy on the ground will not solve the issues.
