In a letter sent on Tuesday to President Donald Trump, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has asked the U.S. to increase the supply of interceptors needed to down Russian ballistic missiles. This comes as Czech President Petr Pavel said in an interview published on the same day that, since December, nine of 18 countries have withdrawn from the Czech Republic’s initiative to purchase ammunition for Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Russian strikes across Ukraine have claimed the lives of seven people and injured nearly 60 more since Monday. President Zelenskyy has also been holding meetings with the heads of party factions in the Verkhovna Rada amid reports that Kyiv is preparing for years of war.
Joining us to discuss this and more is Kira Rudik, Ukrainian MP and leader of the Voice party.
