Mkhwebane receives court papers from LPC

Former Public Protector, Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane, has responded to legal efforts by the South African Legal Practice Council to have her struck from the roll of advocates.

The statutory regulatory body has cited several grounds, including unprofessional conduct.
