Back-to-back school shootings in Türkiye

At least 13 people have been killed in two separate school shootings in Türkiye within 48 hours. In one attack, a 14-year-old student opened fire in two classrooms, killing eight students and one teacher. The day before, a former student carried out another shooting. Authorities say the attacks are not connected. School shootings are very rare in Türkiye.
