Tenderpreneur and crime accused Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala returns to the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes court on Monday. This is in connection to the R228-million Medicare24 health and wellness police tender. The NPA says should Matlala not accept the court's proposed sentence - the plea deal collapses.
