Dialogue should be the priority, says South African defence attaché

Brigadier General William Bucibe, South Africa's defence attaché in Beijing, says a stronger multilateral environment can better enable the United Nations to address current geopolitical challenges. Bucibe made the remarks on Friday at the Beijing Xiangshan Forum Navigator Meeting, which brought together more than 120 defense officials, experts, and scholars from over 40 countries and international organizations.
