Kazakhstan holds historic #vote under new #constitution

Kazakhstan heads to the polls in an election that will choose the country’s first single-chamber parliament.

The vote follows sweeping constitutional changes introduced earlier this year. But with most parties largely aligned with the incumbent president, the question is how much will actually change.
