Special Official Funeral Category One for amaNdebele King Makhosoke II

President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared that the late King Makhosoke Mabhena of the AmaNdebele Nation will be honoured with a Special Official Funeral Category One with military honours.

His Majesty passed away on Tuesday at the age of 65 and will be laid to rest tomorrow.

His funeral service will take place at the Solomon Mahlangu Stadium in KwaMhlanga, Mpumalanga.

Deputy President Paul Mashatile also extended his condolences to the amaNdebele nation following the passing of the King.

Mashatile has hailed King Makhosoke Mabhena as a dedicated custodian of Ndebele culture, saying he played a significant role in promoting both cultural preservation and education.
