Court orders Mduduzi Myeza to remove anti-foreign nationals Facebook posts

Pietermaritzburg High Court has granted an order by consent that the Inkosi Langalibalele Municipality Mayor, Mduduzi Myeza, should remove Facebook posts calling on foreign nationals to leave Estcourt.

The application, filed by a group of 88 foreign nationals and Kopanang against Xenophobia South Africa, demand that he stop making any posts calling for foreign nationals to leave as they have proper documentation to be in the country.
