Gauteng CoGTA MEC Jacob Mamabolo on Local Government Turnaround Strategy

With Local Government Elections on the horizon, pressure is building on both national and provincial governments to improve on the delivery of services to communities.

Gauteng CoGTA MEC, Jacob Mamabolo has briefed the media in Sandton on progress being made with the implementaion of the Local Government Turnaround Strategy.

He told SABC News Reporter, Thabiso Hadebe that co-ordination between all three spheres of government is the only solution to improving service delivery, strengthening governance and tackling challenges facing municipalities across Gauteng.
