Investigative Directorate Against Corruption head Advocate Andrea Johnson is expected to return to the Madlanga Commission witness stand on Wednesday morning.
On Tuesday, Johnson invoked her constitutional right against self-incrimination during her testimony.
Johnson says the National Prosecuting Authority is dealing with a matter in which she has been implicated in alleged criminal conduct following the testimony of Hawks officials Colonel Kobus Roelofse and Captain McLean McLean, as well as Witness O from Crime Intelligence.
She began distancing herself from suspended deputy Crime Intelligence head Feroz Khan after allegations emerged linking him to the murder of Cloete Murray and his son, Thomas.
To unpack her testimony, we are now joined by Independent policing and crime analyst, Doctor Mxolisi Mathebula.
