Union Minister Dr.Jitendra Singh says the government has sent four formal proposals for discussions with student representatives and is ready to engage on all issues at any time. He says Union Health Minister @JPNadda and he will personally participate in the talks, appealing to students to come forward for dialogue to find a solution.
