China's super factory: 12 rockets a year? Is that for real?

On April 28, the Lijian-2 super factory in Shaoxing, eastern #China's Zhejiang Province, became operational. This giant facility handles final assembly, testing and core component manufacturing. Once it is at full capacity, the super factory will be capable of pumping out up to 12 large liquid carrier #rockets a year.
