IEBC says political goons and gangs are a threat to elections

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, IEBC, has termed political hooliganism and voter suppression and intimidation as threats to the 2027 general elections. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen has however assured that security agencies will ensure all threats are neutralized to ensure a smooth electioneering period
