New US envoy arrives in Venezuela to ‘implement Trump’s transition plan’

Video published by the US Embassy in Venezuela shows the new chargé d’affaires John Barrett arriving in Caracas, where he says he will ‘continue implementing’ the Trump administration’s ‘transition plan’ for the country. The US abducted President Nicolás Maduro in January.
