Today, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi
, several major and important decisions were taken in the Cabinet. I will brief you about them. Six major decisions have been taken. The first decision is that, due to the ongoing West Asia crisis, the price of ATF (Aviation Turbine Fuel) has increased, and its impact is being felt on the aviation sector. To mitigate this impact, a ₹10,000 crore ATF Price Stabilization Fund has been created. Secondly, several steps are continuously being taken to curb pollution in Delhi. As part of these measures, a major decision has been taken. Around 40% of particulate matter pollution is contributed by the transportation sector. Within this sector, the largest contributors are heavy trucks and buses. Therefore, a decision has been taken to replace old trucks and buses with newer ones: Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw
