Port Alfred suffers a spate of GBVF cases

The coastal hamlet of Port Alfred in the Eastern Cape has been hit with a spate of Gender Based Violence cases recently and two women were killed in the space of two weeks.

In a tragic irony, one of the women, the 37-year-old Amanda Kosani, was murdered, allegedly by her 40-year-old boyfriend on women's day, a day meant to honour and protect women.
Kosani was buried today.
