Suspended Organised Crime Unit Seargent, Fannie Nkosi is appearing at the Thohoyandou Magistrates' Court on charges of defeating and obstructing the course of justice.

Nkosi allegedlly removed a docket and exhibit in a drug-related case in Thohoyandou.
