* The case against the deputy head of Crime Intelligence, Major General Feroz Khan, and his co-accused is expected to return to the Kempton Park Magistrate's Court morning. It is unclear whether he will appear in court since he has not been seen in public since his hospitalised following an apparent assassination attempt.

* The TRC Cases Inquiry is set to hear evidence from three former police ministers this week, with Bheki Cele taking the stand today. This Judicial Commission of inquiry is probing allegations regarding efforts to stop the investigation or prosecution of cases stemming from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

* A senior Investigator at the Investigative Directorate Against Corruption, Brian Padayachee, is expected to appear before the Madlanga Commission today.
