I represented India at EGMO 2026, where I won a bronze medal for the country.

EGMO is a mathematics olympiad exclusively for girls. I got interested in logic puzzles and riddles when I was very young. I always loved the feeling of finally solving a problem and thinking. Over time, this interest in logic puzzles and riddles evolved into a love for mathematics, which I believe is the language of logic.

I understand that many people see mathematics as an abstract subject filled with numbers and symbols that don’t make sense. But for me, math is all about logic, and I believe that anyone who recognises this will definitely fall in love with the subject.

I was very happy to hear the Prime Minister Narendra Modi 's words about our team’s success this year. I was honestly speechless when I heard him mention EGMO and our team’s achievement on Mann Ki Baat. I’m very thankful to him for bringing awareness to the topic and explaining it so beautifully.

I became aware of olympiads much later than would have been ideal, and I feel this awareness would have benefited me greatly when I was younger.
