EUROPEAN COMMISSION PRESIDENT VISITS KYIV
The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, is in Kyiv. During her visit she will meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and sign a new defense partnership. The 2-billion-euro deal, shown exclusively to TVP World, focuses on joint weapons production and deeper integration into the EU’s defense industry, with joint production of drones and missiles, set to begin this year.

ANOTHER RUSSIAN STRIKE ON ODESA
Three people were killed in Russian strikes on a civilian cargo vessel in Ukraine’s Odesa region. This was the second day in a row that the Kremlin launched deadly strikes on the city’s port infrastructure.

POLISH FM ON A POTENTIAL RUSSIAN ATTACK ON NATO
“Russia does not have the forces to invade a NATO country as long as Ukraine is successfully fighting it” Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said this while talking about Europe’s security and trans-Atlantic relations in Los Angeles.
