PAP can continue to govern well if renewed with 'good people' willing to serve: PM Wong

“I know some young people are naturally drawn to the underdog. You may look at the PAP and think: this is already a big and established party – it does not need me. But the real competition is not within Singapore. The real competition is between Singapore and the rest of the world … In that arena, Singapore has been, and will always be, the underdog,” said People’s Action Party (PAP) Secretary-General Lawrence Wong on Saturday (Jul 4).
