UDA submitted that the decision to impeach Gachagua reflected the will of Kenyans

Lady Justice Dr. Freda Mugambi: UDA submitted that nomination, approval, and swearing-in of Prof. Kindiki were all done in accordance with the law and without any violation of Article 149(1) of the constitution. It was further submitted that the decision to impeach Gachagua reflected the will of Kenyans, which the court should uphold.
