Legal Practice Council takes aim at Adv Mkhwebane

The South African Legal Practice Council has turned to the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria to have former Public Protector, Adv. Busisiwe Mkhwebane, struck from the roll of advocates.
The statutory regulatory body has cited various reasons, including unprofessional conduct.
