BREAKING NEWS | Concourt to deliver judgment on Phala Phala challenge on Friday

The Constitutional Court judgment - on the EFF's bid to revive the Phala-Phala saga - will be delivered on Friday, 8 May 2026 at 10:00am.

This is revealed in correspondence from the apex court to the EFF who have been calling for the delivery of the judgment on the matter which was initially heard on 26 November 2024.
