Israeli forces continued operations across southern Lebanon, killing at least five people in renewed strikes on Nabatieh and surrounding areas.
Artillery shelling and air raids also hit multiple towns as Israel says it will proceed with its military campaign in the south.
The escalation comes despite claims by US President Donald Trump that Israel and Hezbollah had agreed to pause hostilities.
Trump also said he urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to avoid a major raid on Beirut, prompting questions over the status of negotiations.
Israeli strikes have also damaged a Lebanese Civil Defence centre and repeatedly hit areas near Jabal Amel Hospital in Tyre.
Medical facilities report severe damage, with parts of the hospital infrastructure no longer operational and emergency services under strain.
At least four people were killed in the latest strike near the hospital, with dozens more injured amid ongoing bombardment in the region.
Al Jazeera’s Obaida Hitto reports from Tyre in southern Lebanon.
